What payment options do you offer?

All our products ship before paid in full.


How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Most orders ship within 2 weeks unless stated otherwise on the product page. Contact us if you have questions about your order.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to many countries. Contact us to confirm the shipping to your country.

What carriers do ship with?

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and international orders are shipped via UPS Standard or UPS Worldwide.

Does shipping price include customs duties and import fees?

The shipping price does not include customs duties or import fees. We recommend reaching out to your local customs to find out about the fees.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Machines and supplies are made of metal and are heavy.

Manual press machines weigh anywhere from 20 to 50 lbs (9 to 22 kg).

Supplies for 1000 magnets can weigh up to 120 lbs (5kg).


Do you provide software to create print sheets with the correct image size?

Yes, we created M Pro Builder for all our customers. It allows to design buttons and magnets and then print them in a matter of minutes.

You can request new features directly from the app and make it a better experience.

Do you provide Website Software to accept customer pictures?

We partnered with one of our customers to license their custom-built software for a monthly fee to anyone who wants to collect customers' images on a website and create custom photo magnets. We will send everyone a newsletter once it hits the market.

Expected release is by end of February, 2024.

Warranty and Returns

What is the warranty on the equipment?

We offer a lifetime warranty against defects on all of our button machines.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns for a 15% restock fee within 30 days from delivering the equipment.

Once your equipment is delivered, we will examine it and issue a refund for the equipment cost minus 15% restocking fee. We do not refund the shipping cost.

If the machine requires maintenance or repairs, we will notify you about the cost and deduct that from the refundable amount.

The customer covers the shipping cost to send the equipment back to us.

Can I cancell my order if it was not shipped yet?

Contact us as soon as possible if you consider cancelling your order.

Orders will be cancelled and refunded in full if cancelled within 5 days (120 hours) from the order placement.

Orders cancelled after that period will incur 3% cancellation fee.
